Our History
Fulfilling a professional goal to open his own practice, Paul J. Gleason, PT opened Physical Therapy Complete™, PLLC in September 2002 in Central Phoenix. With over 25 years of experience treating patients in a variety of settings, Paul believed he could create a unique environment that would help motivate patients to achieve optimal therapy results. He wanted to create a "family environment" where patients felt they were important - getting individual attention and quality care from experienced professionals. He also wanted to create an uplifting environment with bright colors, art and open design where patients could feel energized when in therapy. This philosophy has been the foundation for the development of Physical Therapy Complete from the design of our facilities to the hiring of staff to ensure that each and every patient feels important and gets the best possible care and results.
The Central Phoenix facility moved in November 2005 to 375 East Virginia Avenue - a newly renovated location with lots of space and new equipment. This location includes original art which creates an interesting and uplifting environment for our patients.
